Challenge
Medicines require far stricter line control than ordinary powder products.
02SOLUTION
Solution
Dates are laser-printed on aluminum film. Fill volume is set on screen in 0.1 g steps; packs are collated, weighed, sorted and banded.

The key: turning needs into technology.
Printing, weighing and their monitoring were built into one system, which also links to other makers' banding machines.
