- 01Weighing & Feeding
Products that are hard to dose accurately with volumetric cups are weighed precisely by the Super Scale. Pneumatic feeders, with lower risk of foreign matter contamination, are also available.
- 02Forming, Filling & Sealing
Topack automatic filling and packaging machines. We select the best machine from the Rotary, Vertical and Multi-lane types to match your pouch style and output.
- 03Collating & Counting
Sachets packed at high speed are collated automatically. Alternating-reversal and elevation methods keep stacks from collapsing.
- 04Inspection & Printing
Checkweighers that weigh every pouch, printing and print inspection, CCD cameras, metal detectors and X-ray inspection can all be integrated.
- 05Bagging & Cartoning
Linked to bag filling machines, cartoners and banding machines, the line finishes products in their final form.

Upstream and downstream equipment
Super Scale connection
Products such as dried soup ingredients, which are hard to dose accurately with volumetric cups, are weighed as they are fed. At 300 pouches/min and a reasonable cost, it strengthens quality control.
0.1Gram-level weighing accuracy
Pneumatic feeder
In addition to screw feeders, we offer pneumatic conveying, which carries a lower risk of foreign matter contamination. It feeds automatically in sync with sensors in the hopper.
Single-pouch conveyor & checkweigher
Sachets are conveyed and weighed one at a time, then aligned or alternately collated to connect with a variety of downstream processes.
Collating unit for rotary machines
A collating unit with a long operating track record. Alternating-reversal collating and an elevation method that avoids free fall keep stacks from collapsing.
Example line configurations
Ultra-high-speed packaging line
An ultra-high-speed line linking the rotary RF-100 with a collating unit and the BG series bag filling machine. It handles everything from sachet packaging to filling gusset bags.
Pharmaceutical packaging line
A line built for quantification to capture control data and for ease of cleaning. We have a CSV (Computerized System Validation) framework in place.
